Abstract
Thanks to the development of the smart grid, the automatic power distribution services need ultra-reliable and low latency (URLLC) requirements. In this paper, a sum rate maximization problem with considering the URLLC requirements of automatic power distribution services in OFDMA network is formulated. Due to the original problem is non-convex, the time-sharing and alternating methods are utilized firstly, and then, a joint subcarrier allocation and power allocation is proposed. In order to verify the proposed algorithm is effective, we compare it with other benchmark methods, the results show the proposed algorithm can improve the total sum rate.
