Abstract
The nanomaterials used for electrochemical detection of chloramphenicol (CAP) are of great significance in the antibiotic residue research. Herein, Fe3O4/N-rGO nanocomposites were successfully synthesized with one-pot hydrothermal method and constructed a novel electrochemical sensor for detection of CAP. The experimental results showed that the Fe3O4/N-rGO modified electrode exhibited excellent detection performance for CAP with the linear range of 1-200 mu M and a low detection limit of 0.03 mu M. The proposed sensor also showed good selectivity, reproducibility, stability and successfully applied for the CAP determination present in milk products with the recovery rate of 96.70 %-103.55 %. This study provides a promising development direction for CAP detection.
