摘要

•LiNbO2 is a promising Li-intercalation based material for analog memristors.•Here we present the first ever Raman spectrum of pure phase LiNbO2.•Using Raman simulations, two distinct peaks attributed do the O E2g and O A1g.•Delithiation is observed via decrease in O E2g peak.
