The research of electric vehicle's MCU system based on ISO26262

As a large number of electrical and electronic equipment is introduced into the car, the reliability and safety of MCU becomes increasingly important. When the vehicle safety failure occurs, it must enter a safe driving state to ensure that the vehicle is traveling in the safest mode, so it is necessary to analyze the functional safety of MCU. Based on the road safety standard ISO 26262 and the running characteristics of MCU system, this paper analyzes and evaluates the safety goals, functional safety requirements and technical safety requirements of MCU system. From the analysis results, functional safety analysis of MCU can effectively improve its safety and reliability, and it provides guidance for later development.
