Colorimetric Characterizations of Large Area White OLEDs Under Thermal And Electrical Stress Using TM-30-18 Method

Abstract
The luminance degradation studies of OLEDs light sources under thermal and electrical stress conditions are normally achieved in order to estimate the OLEDs lifetime. In this study, the colorimetric parameters have been measured and calculated at different durations to understand the behaviour of OLED's spectral distribution power over time. The spectral quantities of the studied OLEDs were measured using a MINOLTA-CS-1000 spectroradiometer, these measurement were treated afterwards in the “ANSI-IES TM-30-18 Basic Calculation Excel Tool”. Results shows that not all the OLED colorimetric parameters know a deterioration in terms of visual comfort when submitted to stress conditions.
