Cavity perturbation material characterization over wide temperature ranges using a Hot-S-parameter measurement setup

摘要
In this paper, we present a setup for measuring full calibrated hot S-Parameters of a cavity. This setup is used for temperature dependent material characterization with the cavity perturbation method. Materials under test were: PEEK, PET and PTFE (Teflon). We present values of the complex permittivity from room temperature up to 135° C.
