Abstract
难治性肾病综合征( refractory nephrotic syndrome, RNS)是指原发性肾病综合征中激素治疗不能缓解或出现激素依赖性(激素减量过程中复发或激素治疗结束后2周内复发)、或频繁复发(半年内复发≥2次或1年复发≥3次) [1]的一类.RNS在临床上极为常见,且患者长期服用糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂等药物副作用较大,治疗颇为棘手.
