Abstract
"粤菜师傅"工程是极具广东特色的重大民生工程.2018年,《广东省"粤菜师傅"工程实施方案》提出,到2022年全省开展"粤菜师傅"培训 5万人次以上,直接带动30万人实现就业创业.在省委省政府的支持下,广东省各地如火如荼地开展"粤菜师傅"培训.为了了解"粤菜师傅"培训需求与技能培训、"粤菜师傅"供给与市场需求之间的匹配程度等,笔者对广东青年"粤菜师傅"的培训需求等情况进行了专项调研,为广东省实施好"粤菜师傅"工程提供参考.
