摘要

•CoSA/NHCS has a unique hollow structure and Co-N4 active site.•The CoSA/NHCS exhibits an admirable catalytic performance for removing BPA with a 98 % removal rate in 1 min.•The electron transfer mechanism dominates the oxidation of BPA in the CoSA/NHCS-PMS system.•CoSA/NHCS exhibits good stability in 100 h continuous flow experiments.
