Strong smart grid needs the support of information and communication technology. Through the highly integration of power flow, information flow and business flow, the interconnection between devices can be realized. The information of project construction and equipment archives management needs to be coordinated in all aspects, so as to ensure the data information of operation and monitoring of electric power enterprises. However, the traditional project or equipment information implement departmental management, as a result, some problems are becoming increasingly prominent. For example, management responsibility is fragmented, the information system is disconnected, management of the whole chain is incomplete, the assets file of power grid equipment is difficult to correspond with the equipment operation information, the statistical analysis data is not standardized, the performance evaluation theory considering the real-time operation of the equipment is imperfect and the data of the project management system is inaccessible. In this paper, a method is put forward, which can integrate all process information and summarize statistics from project establishment, production construction to equipment operation and can match the information of the project with the device information. This method integrates and summarizes the information of the multi-source system, and makes the information of the project and equipment connected and matched, so as to realize the perforation of the project and equipment file, and provide the basis for the project or equipment statistics. Matching result is more fast and efficient, labor cost input is reduced and matching efficiency and accuracy is improved greatly.
