摘要
With the continuous development of particle detection experiments, particle detectors have been developed rapidly in the direction of high precision and large area. Modern particle detection experiments with high precision and large area result in a large number of readout channels. Although the conventional direct readout scheme is simple in design, it needs a large number of electronics channels. This would cause low integration, high cost and limit its application in detectors with higher precision and larger area. Therefore, an appropriate encoding scheme is urgently needed to reduce the number of electronics channels in the detector. By constructing a specific Euler loop and the corresponding Hamiltonian path, this research obtains a set of encoding schemes, which can significantly reduce the number of electronics channels without reducing the position resolution of the detector. Compared with other encoding schemes, this method has good standardization and generality. Moreover, the encoding adapter boards using this encoding scheme are being successfully used in cosmic-ray muon imaging experiments.
