Abstract
近年来,随着人口老龄化的加剧,老年疾病的发生率增长加速[1],其中60岁以上人群约35％—50％患有膝骨关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)[2].KOA是关节软骨的退变和继发性骨质增生[3-4],主要发生在内侧间室,外观常表现为膝内翻,临床表现为疼痛、晨僵、活动障碍和关节变形等[5],与性别、年龄、肥胖和遗传等因素有关[6].
