选区激光熔化金属钽的成形工艺研究

Abstract
为获得高致密纯钽零件,基于选区激光熔化(SLM)技术,对致密钽块成形工艺进行研究,在厚度为0.03 mm和激光线间距为0.1 mm下研究能量密度、激光功率和扫描速度对钽块致密度的影响.结果表明:能量密度为150~250 J/mm3时,钽块表面形貌良好.激光功率P=210 W、扫描速度v=350 mm/s时可获得平均致密度为99.64%的钽块.该研究工艺具有一定的应用价值和前景.
