Abstract
At present, the development of electric vehicles (EVs) is limited on account of the confined popularization for the charging station, meanwhile the decreasing service rate and the operational difficulty resulted from the low proportion of EV are constraining the prospect of the charging station, which jointly makes the interaction that hinders each other's progress. In allusion to the phenomenon mentioned above, the innovative idea of using the mobile charging vehicles (MCVs) to replace the charging station is proposed. This article introduces the MCVs' operation pattern and analyzes the advantages compared with the charging station. The economic efficiency is also analyzed between two patterns of charging. The purpose of this article is to accelerate the development of charging facility and EVs.
