Abstract
In addition to the expected RV systolic dysfunction, patients with severe bronchiolitis have parameters of global diastolic worse function possibly secondary to intrinsic myocardial involvement. NT-ProBNP values at admission had strong discriminatory power to predict worse outcomes.
