Realization of all optical J-K flipflops in mid-IR wavelengths Using Triple-core Photonic Crystal Fiber

Abstract
We design the GeAsS triple-core photonic crystal fiber (TPCF) to obtain the efficient all-optical J-K flipflop in mid-infrared (IR) wavelength. Non-linearity and dispersion of proposed fiber is calculated at input wavelength of 3.1 μm. The evolution of pulse propagation is modelled using coupled nonlinear Schrödinger equations. Our results exhibit that the proposed GeAsS triple core PCF is good candidate to acts an all optical memory devices in mid-IR wavelengths.
