摘要

•Lcn2 mediated the crosstalk between adipose tissue with muscle and tumor in PDAC cachexia.•Tumor-harboring mice developed hypothermia, dramatic loss of fat in BAT and suppression of the thermogenesis pathway.•Loss of Lcn2 alleviated hypothermia and reduced adipose tissue and muscle atrophy.•Loss of Lcn2 improved metabolic performance during PDAC cachexia.
