Abstract
分别选用芳纶/高强聚酯包覆纱、芳纶/高强聚乙烯包覆纱为原材料,基于织物几何结构相原理设计工艺参数,采用平纹组织,制备高强包覆纱篷盖织物.其经纬密度为182根/(10 cm)×181根/(10 cm),孔隙率为19.8％.采用刮刀涂层法使织物表面附着聚氯乙烯涂层,得到高强包覆纱特种篷盖织物,对其撕裂、拉伸、耐磨和阻燃性能进行测试,发现聚氯乙烯涂层有效提升了织物的耐久性.
