We have previously shown that Platelet Derived Growth Factor-AB (PDGF-AB) improved cardiac function 28 days (D28) after myocardial infarction (MI) in a porcine ischaemia/reperfusion model. [1] We sought to assess the effects of PDGF-AB administration at an earlier timepoint at 11 days (D11) post MI.
