碱性电解水提取灵芝子实体多糖的工艺优化

Abstract
采用Box-Behnken设计的响应曲面法对灵芝多糖的碱性电解水提取工艺进行优化.在单因素试验的基础上,选取料液比、电解水pH和沸水浴提取时间3个因素进行响应曲面分析,得到灵芝子实体多糖的碱性电解水提取工艺优化条件为:料液比1:60 (g:mL),电解水pH 12.5,沸水浴提取时间105 min,此条件下测得灵芝多糖得率为(3.11±0.10)%.该工艺提取得到的多糖在AFM显微镜下呈现长度为314 nm~372 nm、高为2.80 nm~4.30 nm的棒状纳米颗粒.
