Abstract
1998～2004年,我科共救治106例肺结核大咯血患者.现将护理体会报告如下. 临床资料:本组106例患者中,男75例,女31例;年龄19～74岁,平均34.6岁;肺结核病程>1a 72例;有咯血史65例,初次咯血41例;浸润型肺结核58例,慢性纤维空洞型肺结核47例(合并曲菌球4例),矽肺合并结核1例;咯血伴呼吸困难30例,精神高度紧张34例,血压下降12例,窒息9例.
