摘要
Bone Regeneration In article number 2200416, Hojeong Jeon, Justin J. Chung, and co-workers fabricate complex coacervate of fucoidan and poly-l-lysine to prevent bone morphogenetic protein-2 (BMP-2) leakage from collagen sponges. The microencapsulation ability of the coacervate significantly enhances BMP-2 bioactivity and provides protection against antagonist and proteolysis. Moreover, the BMP-2 containing coacervate allows bone regeneration precisely within the defect site.
