Abstract
针对一种立体型弯管的成型,设计了一种2次单次开模2次顶出机构注塑模具.应用两点潜伏式浇口来保证塑件的成型质量.针对弯管内壁脱模困难问题,设置了2个特殊的弯管成型机构、1个弯管斜向顶出机构、1个2次顶出板机构来实现弯管塑件的完全脱模.塑件脱模时,通过一个油缸驱动一个摆臂型滑块来实现塑件一端弯管型芯的抽芯;通过设置1个2次顶出机构来实施塑件另一端弯管型芯的抽芯.
