摘要
Purpose The effective way to control the vibration of the piston pump is to install the vibration isolation device on the piston pump, and the vibration of the piston pump is strongly affected by the stiffness of the vibration isolation device. To reduce the vibration of piston pump, it is necessary to study the effect of support stiffness on the vibration of piston pump. Methods In this paper, a seawater hydraulic piston pump (SWHPP) is taken as an object, and the excitation frequency of SWHPP in Z direction is analyzed. Then, an isolator model of SWHPP with a rubber isolator was established, and the relationship between the stiffness of the rubber isolator and the vibration of the piston pump was theoretically derived. Further, three kinds of rubber isolators with different stiffness were selected, and the influence of the rubber isolator's stiffness and working pressure on the vibration of SWHPP were investigated experimentally. Results Under the same working pressure, the vibration of SWHPP decreased with the increase of the rubber isolator's stiffness. Compared with the rubber isolators with the stiffness are 3.0 × 10 5 and 6.5 × 10 5 N/m, the vibration of SWHPP was the smallest under different working pressures when the stiffness of the rubber isolator is 8.0 × 10 5 N/m. The experimental results were consistent with those of the isolation model. Conclusions The isolation model of the piston pump can effectively calculate the support stiffness to reduce the vibration of SWHPP. Under the same working pressure, the vibration of SWHPP is negatively correlated with the stiffness of the isolator.
