Po-692-07 impact of left ventricular lead repositioning for moderately increased capture threshold

Cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) devices have the highest risk for reoperation among cardiac implantable electronic devices, primarily due to dislodgement resulting in increases in left ventricular (LV) lead capture threshold. It is unclear whether LV lead repositioning for a moderately increased capture threshold results in improved outcomes over long-term follow up.
