Abstract
Benefits from the unique 1D rod-shaped SBUs and aromatic π-conjugated ligand, a 3D cobalt(II) organic framework was selected to explore the potential as an uric acid (UA) electrochemical sensor by coating onto the glassy carbon electrode (GCE). And the prepared modified electrode of 1 /CB/GCE shows remarkable electrochemical sensing performances for detect UA in PBS solution (pH=7) with high sensitivity, high selectivity, good recyclability, and low detection limit of 3.4 ppb through electrocatalytic oxidation effects. This work demonstrates MOF-based composite materials have great potentials in the clinical medicine, thereby providing a new way to design and develop the electrochemical sensors or biosensors.
