大黄蒽醌类化合物具备抗癌、抗炎、抗菌、抗病毒等作用.此外,这类化合物亦可以与其他化疗药物协同使用,来提高药物治疗效应和/或降低不良反应,其作用机制可能与细胞自噬有关.在此就大黄蒽醌类化合物通过调节细胞自噬抑制肿瘤的研究进展进行总结,以期对大黄的进一步研究有所帮助.
