Abstract
骨质疏松症是以骨质量和强度降低为特征的退变性疾病,可导致脆性骨折的发生,但在临床上,经常得不到充分的治疗和诊断.骨代谢标志物(bone turnover marker,BTM)在骨质疏松的诊断及治疗评估中发挥了不可替代的作用,本文就常见BTM及其在骨质疏松症诊治中的应用现状进行综述,为临床上诊治骨质疏松症提供更加详细准确的参考及思路.
