摘要
•Hereditary haemorrhagic telangiectasia (HHF) is an inherited vascular disorder, associated with bleeding events.•Use of left atrial appendage occlusion (LAAO) in HHF patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation (NVAF) is scarce.•In our cohort, procedural outcomes were very favourable with a 100% success rate and no incidence of procedure-complications. Follow-up data in terms of ischemic protection were also very promising with no neurological events.•LAAO might represent a promising non-pharmacological alternative to prevent thromboembolic events in patients with HHT and NVAF.
