Abstract
Pt/Y2O3-HT and Pt/Y2O3 were synthesized via a wet-impregnation method modified with or without hydrothermal process. Hydrothermal treatment at 200 °C could enhance basicity of yttria, increase the dispersion of platinum at atomic level, and regulate the CO adsorption property over platinum single atom and cluster to improve CO oxidation activity. These results provide a new insight for preparation of effective catalysts with better metal dispersion and higher activities.
