Design of boundary pulse width modulation controller for a class of heat equations

•The duty cycle scheme is designed based on the complete sampling data and the boundary measurement data of the system, respectively, and the heat equations are stabilized by the corresponding PWM controller.•Compared with existing boundary control schemes for partial differential equations, the PWM control method is easier to realize on a digital platform.
