Abstract
设计了新型低噪声读出电路,测试了不同温度下的噪声水平,评估了 20℃下探测器对多种放射源的能谱响应效果,讨论了探测器应用前景.研究表明,读出电路电荷灵敏度约1014 V/C,20℃下读出电路噪声为603 e,斜率为5.5 e/pF,当放大成型电路时间常数为3~10μs时噪声基本无波动.探测器对137Cs的高能射线和241 Am的低能射线能量分辨率分别达4.2%和4.7%,对152Eu源的能谱响应效果好,可清晰分辨各能量峰.
