花椰菜属于外来物种,在我国有150年以上的栽培历史,经过漫长的种植和选择,我国花椰菜资源丰富、种类繁多,已成为花椰菜次生起源中心.我国花椰菜种植面积从1961年的3.6万hm2到2016年的约52.01万hm2,增加近14倍,年总产量达1026.37万t,我国已成为世界第一花椰菜生产和消费国[1].
