Abstract
通过对不同厚度ZTC4钛合金熔模铸造试样表面α污染层厚度的测试,以及酸洗工艺对其厚度影响的试验,确定了合适的酸洗工艺来改善钛合金铸件的荧光裂纹.结果显示,不同厚度的钛合金熔模铸件表面α污染层厚度不相同,且存在随铸件厚度增加而增加的规律;钛合金铸件在一定厚度范围内,酸洗对其厚度的减薄稳定性较好.
