Abstract
隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤( dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans ,DF-SP)是一种发生在真皮层及皮下组织、发病率较低的低度恶性潜能的肿瘤,具有局部侵袭性且容易复发的特点[1] ,但极少发生转移[2].DFSP按组织学可分为10多个亚型,其中以纤维肉瘤型(fibrosarcomatous dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans ,FS-DFSP)最容易复发,侵袭性最强.现报告1例伴肺转移的纤维肉瘤型隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤.
