外源壳聚糖对干旱胁迫下生姜幼苗光合特性及水分代谢的影响

Abstract
为探明壳聚糖在干旱胁迫下对生姜的保护机制,以盆栽凤头姜幼苗为试材,通过盆栽控水模拟干旱胁迫,喷施10 mg·L-1外源壳聚糖(CTS),研究干旱胁迫下喷施CTS对生姜幼苗光合特性及水分代谢的影响.结果表明,干旱胁迫下喷施CTS促进了生姜幼苗生长,改善了其根系构型,显著提高了生姜叶片的总含水量、相对含水量、根系水导及水势,提高了叶片的叶绿素含量及叶绿素荧光参数、光合参数;并提高根系水通道蛋白(AQP)基因PIP1、PIP2、PIP3基因的表达水平.由此可见,外源CTS可促进生姜幼苗的光合作用和调节水分代谢,从而增强生姜幼苗抗干旱胁迫的能力.
