Effect of thermal treatment on optical and electrical properties of Cu0.59(ZrO2)0.41 composite nanoglass film

摘要
•A transparent conductive metal-oxide nanoglass film with a high metal content was prepared.•The segregation of Cu atoms at the amorphous interfaces can be enhanced by low-temperature annealing.•Low-temperature annealing increases the conductivity of Cu0.59(ZrO2)0.41 while maintaining its high transmittance.•Continuous Cu-rich two-dimension nano-conducting networks were formed in Cu0.59(ZrO2)0.41 nanoglass.
