摘要

•A MsFEM scheme is designed for heat and water transfer in heterogeneous soils.•Two MsFEM basis functions along with a Petrov-Galerkin formulation is applied.•The MsFEM scheme is more accurate than the standard FEM schemes.•MsFEM is used to model soil heat and water transfer in a partially coupled version.
