Aim: The aims of this work were to quantify the demand on the current metastatic spinal cord compression (MSCC) pathway and determine if a new pathway created using diagnostic CT (dCT) imaging and adaptive MR guided radiotherapy (MRgRT) on the MR Linac (MRL) was feasible.
