Introduction: Insulinoma is the most frequent functioning pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor (pNET). Surgery is the method of choose in treatment of insulinoma. Despite of the technical and technological progress there are some cases of mistaken tactics in detection of the tumor localization. In these cases, some tactical surgical errors can be done.
