Abstract
随着板栗(Castanea mollissima Blume)产量的提高,板栗贮藏期的病害逐年加重[1].其中,栗实腐烂病危害日渐凸显,果实腐烂率最高达到40%~50%[2],严重威胁着板栗产业的发展.关于栗实贮藏期腐烂病发生原因的研究较多,普遍认为是由致病微生物侵染引起,常见的致腐微生物有链格孢属(Alter-naria alternata)、聚端孢属(Trichothecium sp.)、壳梭孢属(Fusicoccum sp.)、小穴壳属(Dothiorella sp.)、丝核菌属(Rhizoctonia sp.)、青霉菌属(Penicillium sp.)、镰孢菌属(Fusarium sp.)等[3~6].
