情志病是临床的常见病及多发病,针刺治疗情志病疗效显著,但会受到患者心理因素的影响.文章总结近年来相关文献,分析了心理因素对针刺治疗情志病疗效的影响,并进一步探讨心理因素影响针刺疗效的可能原因,以期在情志病的针刺治疗中发挥心理因素的正向作用,提高临床疗效.
