Abstract
报告1例乳头状汗管囊腺瘤.患者男,54岁,右侧腋窝赘生物54年,破溃10余年.皮肤科检查:右侧腋窝多簇黄豆至蚕豆大小暗红色结节,部分融合成肿块,表面破溃.皮损组织病理学检查:表皮向下内折为囊腔,内有多数绒毛样突起,绒毛由两层细胞组成,内层见顶浆分泌,间质内致密浆细胞浸润.诊断:乳头状汗管囊腺瘤.治疗:手术切除.随访1年,患者无复发.
