Abstract
近年上海地区一项关于4600例慢性肝病住院患者的研究发现,胆汁淤积的总发生率为10.26%,且肝纤维化和肝硬化的发生风险也显著增加[1].胆汁淤积的发生机制比较复杂,胆汁酸稳态失衡和排泄不畅是其发生基础.胆汁酸合成有经典途径和替代途径 2 条途径.胆固醇 7α-羟化酶(cholesterol 7α-hydroxylase,CYP7A1)是启动经典途径的关键酶.胆固醇在人体肝脏中转化为2种主要的胆汁酸,即鹅去氧胆酸和胆酸.
