Abstract
少阳三焦具有输布水液的作用,故凡少阳枢机不利者,可有水液停蓄诸证.由于小柴胡汤可以和枢机,利水道,而茯苓亦可通利三焦水道,故小柴胡去黄芩加茯苓汤为其主治之方.精浊、泄泻、水肿3案皆为少阳三焦不利,水液停蓄典型案例,现探讨3则案例的治疗规律.
