一、我国蔗糖产业逐年萎缩,甘蔗生产人工成本高企是主要原因 我国甘蔗种植区域主要集中在广西、云南、广东和海南4省(区).根据国家统计局数据, 2019/2020年全国甘蔗种植面积1931万亩,甘蔗产量10482万吨,蔗糖产量1072万吨,其中广西甘蔗种植面积、甘蔗产量、糖产量分别占到全国的68％、70％、63％以上.
