硐室车辆尾气污染物扩散特性研究

Abstract
为解决煤矿井下硐室内怠速状态下车辆排放的尾气严重威胁矿工职业健康的问题,以红柳林公司25211工作面硐室及WC19R(A)型胶轮车为研究对象,基于欧拉方法构建了组分输送模型,模拟分析了不同巷道风速影响下硐室内NO、NO2、CO尾气的扩散特性.结果表明:当风速超过1.0m/s时,因巷道风速的增加,尾气受到硐室内横向涡流影响增强,向硐室口扩散现象逐渐显著;气体在扩散的过程中遵循菲克定律,两侧尾气浓度分别在距硐室口9.0m和1.0m左右达到峰值,同时获得了三种气体的拟合函数关系.经现场验证,模拟结果与现场检测结果误差小于23.7%.
