水平井筛管充填通道建立适应性研究

Abstract
面对南海西部大部分采用简易筛管防砂且水平段长度为300～700m的在生产水平井,筛管充填通道建立适应性研究需进行技术攻关.对常用的应用在套管井中的井下开孔工艺进行对比,优选火工品射孔.通过模拟分析及打靶试验,优化通道的孔径及与射孔设备的匹配度.通过对水平井筛管基管数值模拟及物模试验对比,研究射孔后筛管基管的抗坍塌性能,分析射孔后筛管的承载力能否满足筛管强度要求.
