Abstract
为了研究海藻糖对低温保存牛精液品质的影响,选取了健康种公牛的精液,设计在稀释液里分别添加0.1 mol/L、0.2 mol/L、0.3 mol/L、0.4 mol/L的海藻糖为试验组和不含海藻糖的精液为对照组进行研究.结果显示海藻糖浓度为0.1 mol/L组在各阶段活力均优于其他组,尤其是解冻后3 h、6 h活力呈现先增后降,在0.1 mol/L处呈现最佳;0.4 mol/L组的解冻效果最好,膜保护力最好.
