Abstract
原发性小肠鼻型结外NK/T细胞淋巴瘤(ENKTCL-NT)的发病率低，在临床较为罕见，内镜和组织学的表现多样，诊断比较困难，在临床工作中易被漏诊或误诊。本例患者因小肠溃疡、穿孔收治入院，经多学科协作会诊，最终确诊为原发性小肠ENKTCL-NT。现分享本病例的诊治思路，为该类病例的诊治提供参考。
